Frequently Asked Questions

To book a cart  for your event, simply fill out our booking form. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule for your event. We need 48 hours advance notice to book an event. 

Refer to our price packaging for our rates. Total charges is due at the time of the event, and will refunded based on our cancellation policy.  A GoDaddy payment link will be texted to your phone. 

 GoDaddy Payments accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. 

A $200 refundable security deposit will be charged at the time of booking in addition to the total cost. It will be returnable to the customer up to 48 hours after the event once the cart, servers and décor has been inspected for any potential damage by the event. Taxes exempt from security deposit.

Cancellation will receive full refund of total cost except the security deposit. Security deposits are non-refundable in the case of any cancellations.

We work with a variety of venues, including residential homes, hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. We need 5ft x 5ft of space for cart set-up. Must provide clear pathway permitting transport of cart to location and area for set-up. Locations that require stair access must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.

Yes, we can create custom color schemes to match your event vision and style. 

We require an hour prior to event for assembly of our cart and set-up. Cart and any other décor cannot be moved after final set-up.  All our carts are self-service once set-up is completed. 

We also need 30 minutes post-event for disassembly and pick-up. The earliest time for set-up for any event is 10:00  am on the day of the event and the pickup is 12:00 am on the day of the event.  Cart cannot be left overnight at any event.
